$1,000 Hot Tub Upgrades Sweepstakes
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Dolphin Pools & Spas, 6219 E. 11th St., Tulsa, Oklahoma 74112.
2. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on September 16, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 30, 2026.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Oklahoma who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Dolphin Pools & Spas, and members of their households, are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
Request the Tulsa Hot Tub Buyer’s Guide through the Sweepstakes landing page, then complete the optional entry form by providing a valid mobile phone number and agreeing to these Official Rules. Limit one entry per person and email address during the Promotion Period. The mobile number is used only to administer this Sweepstakes and contact the winner; it is not consent to SMS marketing.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a credit of $1,000 toward eligible hot tub upgrades from Dolphin Pools & Spas. The prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any costs beyond the prize amount are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or mobile number submitted with the entry. If the potential winner cannot be reached or is not eligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
8. Privacy
